Senior Manager - Business Consulting (Retail)

About the Role:

• Act as the primary liaison for clients during projects, resolving issues and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Assist in business growth initiatives by engaging in client discussions, proposal drafting, and delivering presentations.
• Manage promotional content, insightful articles, and success stories.
• Spearhead the creation of innovative solutions for designated project areas. Perform research, evaluate data, and utilize industry standards to formulate practical strategies.
• Work with internal teams to integrate technology and data analysis for enhancing supply chain efficiency.
• Keep updated with the latest industry developments and technological advancements to improve service quality.
• Craft comprehensive project outlines, schedules, and expected outcomes in partnership with consultants and clients for specific project areas.
• Identify potential project risks and develop plans to address them.
• Ensure the quality of outputs meets client expectations and organizational benchmarks.
• Collect feedback post-project completion to enhance and streamline future processes.
• Direct and coach consultants, fostering teamwork and ensuring project success.
• Conduct required training sessions for consultants as necessary.

About the Candidate:

• A degree in supply chain management, business studies, or a similar discipline.
• Significant experience (usually over 8 years) in supply chain consulting or related sectors.
• A track record of effectively leading and executing consulting projects, achieving goals within set timelines and budgets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of crafting innovative solutions to supply chain issues.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both in writing and speaking.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles, methodologies, and industry standards.
• Proven capability to handle various tasks simultaneously, adhere to deadlines, and excel in a dynamic, client-oriented setting.
