About the Role:
- Direct the OTB process in partnership with the Merchandise Planning team.
- Oversee portfolio to achieve sales and profit objectives.
- Develop and sustain connections with vendors to ensure exclusive lines, brand collaborations, and profit margins.
- Monitor item performance and implement required changes throughout and after the purchasing cycle.
- Discover and procure globally unique, cutting-edge, and emerging labels to maintain our position as a top-tier luxury fashion seller.
- Work with vendors on competitive pricing and cost frameworks to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with internal departments on advertising, public relations initiatives, and in-store activities to enhance promotional strategies.
About the Candidate:
- Cultivate an inquisitive approach to uncover and present specialized, trend-leading, and marketable brands.
- A degree in Business, Fashion, or a related discipline is required.
- Experience in footwear purchasing is crucial.
- Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, data evaluation, and/or contract discussions.
- Strong numerical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and experienced with Power BI is advantageous.
- Outstanding analytical capabilities and a forward-thinking attitude toward skill development.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
