About the Role:
- Brand Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth in the Japanese market.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for brand growth.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition tailored to the Japanese audience.
- Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials that resonate with the Japanese audience.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Product Launches:
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches in the Japanese market, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market demand.
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure that new products meet the needs and preferences of Japanese consumers.
- Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and other brands to enhance brand visibility and credibility in Japan.
- Negotiate and manage collaborations that align with the brand's values and objectives.
- Retail Strategy:
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure consistent brand representation across all retail channels, including e-commerce and physical stores.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the in-store customer experience, ensuring it reflects the brand's identity and values.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the brand's marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
- Track and report on budget performance, making adjustments as necessary.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve brand objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
About the Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role within the fashion retail industry.
- Fluency in Japanese (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong understanding of the Japanese market, consumer behavior, and fashion trends.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for fashion and branding.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
