Job description
Our client is one of the leading manufacturing companies, with their continuous expansion, they are now seeking for a Finance/ Senior Finance Manager for their global finance team.
Responsibilities
- Handle financial accounting & reporting, month-end closing activities
- Business partnering with business stakeholders and FP&A counterparts
- Responsible for Group finance tax-related matters and financial statements review in coordination with different business units
- Identify and implement international tax planning initiatives for the Group covering income tax, turnover tax and transfer pricing policies
- Manage the group treasury functions including cash flow management, FX, and hedging activities
- Formulate and implement cash pooling strategies
- Participate in M&A projects, provide suggestions on funding and implement post deal policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant certification. BIG4 Audit experiences preferred
- Minimum 10 years' relevant experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor diverse accounting teams across multiple locations
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
