Head of Facilities Management

Job description

Our client is inviting devoted and driven leader for the FM division.

We are now seeking for Head of Facilities Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading the team of professionals for full spectrum of facilities management services
• Manage the tendering and vendor selection process for the delivery of an array of management services
• Evaluate and monitor vendor performance to enhance quality excellence initiatives
• Deliver expert, value-enhancing counsel to senior management on sustainability strategies
• Design and formulate corporate standard and procedures to ensure robust compliance
• Core member of the senior management team for the strategic planning and risk mitigate plan

QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary educated in Facilities Management, Building Services, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 13 years of solid property and facilities management experiences with proven track record in managing significant premises
• Sound knowledge in building management and energy efficiency practices is a definite advantage
• Corporate member of any professional bodies is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and manage a sizable team
• Results driven, self-initiative, excellent in communications abilities
