Senior Manager - HVAC

Job description

An opportunity has arisen for HVAC professional to lead their technical management division.

We are now seeking for Senior Manager - HVAC.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Account for full spectrum of technical management duties from inception to completion
• Manage project pipeline from design, technical specifications, submissions, procurement to installation with the support from both internal and external stakeholders
• Take lead in the tendering process and review vendor performance
• Collaborate closely with other members to achieve objectives at various stages
• Review the operations and functions of Facilities Management for continuous development and adherence to best practices
• Offer professional advices and expertise to resolve the technical incidents

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree holder in engineering, building service, facilities management or equivalent
• At least 9 years of project management and maintenance experiences in sizable organization and project consultancies
• Proven track record in diversified project portfolio, preferably district cooling and sizable HVAC projects
• Membership of professional qualification is a plus to this role
• Excellent communications and organizational abilities
• Results driven, self-initiative and excellent business acumen
