Job description
We are partnering with a multinational corporation with global footprint to invite committed and self-motivated property management leader to join their established team in Hong Kong and drive the growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading the team of professionals for full spectrum of building and property management services for clients ‘portfolio
Ensure smooth operations of day-to-day operations of the portfolio for both existing and upcoming projects
Stay abreast of market updates and collective insights to offer recommendations to top management in identifying potential business opportunities
Review and monitor the team performances to promote the quality excellence initiatives
Offer professional and value-added advice to respective departments and senior management for handling incidents
Develop and maintain the standards and procedures to ensure strict compliance
QUALIFICATIONS
Tertiary educated in Property Management, Estate Management or related disciplines
At least 12 years of solid property and facilities management experiences with proven track record
Professional membership of MCIH / MHKIH is a plus to this role
Demonstrated ability to resolve the site issues and manage a sizable team
Results driven, self-initiative, excellent in communications abilities
