Senior Project Manager – Electrical Engineering

Job description

​Our client is a recognized engineering entity with extensive footprint around the globe. An opportunity has arisen for an energetic professional to lead their project management division.

We are now seeking for Senior Project Manager – Electrical Engineering.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Account for full spectrum of project management duties from inception to completion

• Manage project pipeline from design, submissions, procurement to installation with the support from contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders

• Analyse tender and evaluate contractors’ performance

• Closely liaison with other project team members to attain objectives by various stages

• Identify preventive maintenance measures and monitor the progress

• Offer professional advices and expertise to resolve the technical incidents

• Liaise with the senior management to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives

• Develop best practices and procedures to ensure strict compliance

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree holder in electrical engineering, building service or equivalent

• At least 15 years of project management experiences in sizable organization and project consultancies

• proven track record in diversified project portfolio, preferably power plant projects

• Membership of professional qualification is a plus to this role

• Excellent communications and organizational abilities

• Results driven, self-initiative and excellent business acumen
