Key Responsibilities:
- Perform key HR duties, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and general staffing processes.
- Support HR initiatives and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide assistance with the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) as needed.
- Coordinate and organize company events and workshops.
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Chinese typing.
