In this role, you will oversee HR function across the Greater China region, acting as a strategic partner to business leaders. You will ensure HR initiatives align with the firm's goals and values while playing a key role in fostering a positive work environment rooted in respect, inclusion, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver HR support to the firm's offices across Greater China.
- Partner closely with the global HR team to ensure alignment with international policies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing expert insights on talent strategies, employee engagement, and workforce development.
- Oversee key HR initiatives, including recruitment, learning and development, employee relations, and early talent programs.
The Ideal Candidate will Have
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
- At least 7 years' HR experience, ideally within professional services.
- Proven expertise in regional HR operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a global mindset.
- Passion for creating and nurturing a positive workplace culture.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential.
