J​ob Description

  • Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive sales growth, market share, and profitability in modern trade channels

  • Serving as the primary point of contact and liaison between company and key buyers/ key accounts

  • Negotiating trading terms, pricing, promotions, to maximize profitability

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver exceptional service

  • Identifying new business opportunities and managing the sales cycle

  • Providing market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer insights to the leadership team

  • Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets for your portfolio of accounts

The Successful Applicant

  • University graduate with at least 4-5 years' experience in FMCG industry

  • Network and relationship with FMCG sales channels is a must

  • Strong networking, excellent interpersonal skills

  • Good planning and analysis skills

  • Strong command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Good analytical and presentation skills

  • Excellence in time management
