Job Description
Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive sales growth, market share, and profitability in modern trade channels
Serving as the primary point of contact and liaison between company and key buyers/ key accounts
Negotiating trading terms, pricing, promotions, to maximize profitability
Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver exceptional service
Identifying new business opportunities and managing the sales cycle
Providing market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer insights to the leadership team
Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets for your portfolio of accounts
The Successful Applicant
University graduate with at least 4-5 years' experience in FMCG industry
Network and relationship with FMCG sales channels is a must
Strong networking, excellent interpersonal skills
Good planning and analysis skills
Strong command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Good analytical and presentation skills
Excellence in time management
