Job description
About the Role:
· Manage the day-to-day boutique operations, maintaining exceptional service and product presentation standards.
· Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance development, fostering a positive team dynamic & continually enhancing sales performance.
· Supervise inventory levels in collaboration with the central merchandising team.
· Monitor and optimize store expenses, including staff and inventory.
· Handle financial duties such as staff payroll and reporting.
· Innovate and implement enhancements to elevate customer satisfaction.
· Develop and execute immersive in-store events, promotions, and partnerships to boost involvement and sales.
· Assist with staff training initiatives.
· Uphold consistent brand norms, exceptional customer care, and efficient merchandising.
About the Candidate:
· Minimum of 3 years overseeing boutique settings.
· Demonstrated proficiency in retail leadership, especially in customer service, visual merchandising, store layout optimization, and team management.
· Background in collaborating with global brands or teams is advantageous.
· Exceptional organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
· Innate curiosity and dedication to retail, enjoying interactions with our customers, partners, and team.
· Fluency in English and Cantonese is highly valued.
