Manager - BMS controls

Job description

We are now seeking Manager - BMS controls.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Formulate and implement innovative solutions and strategies for building management system
• Work closely with sales team to define needs, evaluate suppliers, focusing on tendering, contract negotiation, product design, installation process, and performance assessment to ensure projects are delivered effectively and on schedule
• Establish and nurture long-term strategic relationships with clients to ensure service enhancement
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and encouraging professional growth
• Significant experience in managing full-cycle project from pre-sales to T&C while ensuring compliance with guidelines and initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary educated in Engineering or related disciplines
• Demonstrated success in the engineering field with at least 8 years of industry experience, preferably in the ELV/ Access Controls sectors
• Solid grasp of market dynamics
• Forward-thinking, self-motivated and excellent organizational abilities
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
