Job description
We are now seeking for Managing Director - Real Estate.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the overall operations in Hong Kong
- Identify the potential opportunities and offer sound strategy to achieve the assigned targets
- Play a pivotal role in the overall development and business strategies
- Lead the team of both sales and project management professional to manage luxury residential and commercial project pipeline in timely and effective manner
- Review and monitor the vendors' performances to promote the quality excellence initiatives
- Provide commercial directions to respective teams to coach them on the execution of business plan
- Establish sustainable business partnership with stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Real Estate, Construction, Business or related disciplines
- Professional membership is highly preferred
- In-depth familiarity with the Hong Kong residential landscape and statutory requirement
- At least 15 years of prominent experiences in Hong Kong real estate market with proven track record in full property development cycle
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communications and organizational abilities
- Results driven, self-initiative and excellent business acumen
