Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Manager to lead our sales team in promoting and selling our innovative medical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and decision-makers in hospitals and clinics.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management. Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and regulations. Provide training and support to team members on product features and benefits.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential clients and assess the needs of the healthcare market.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in medical sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
