Job description
We are looking for a Paralegal to join a highly respected in-house legal team at a leading conglomerate in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Legal Department Head, the successful candidate will support a broad range of legal matters related to business operations.
Responsibilities
Assist with the review and amendment of commercial contracts and agreements.
Conduct legal research.
Participate in legal operation projects.
Support IP and litigation matters.
Liaise with internal and external counsel.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks to assist the overall legal function.
Qualifications
This role is ideal for Law Degree holders with prior paralegal experience, whether in private practice or an in-house setting, who can work both independently and as part of a collaborative mid-size legal team.
