About the Role:
Report to Regional Director APAC in finalizing the channel development and expansion strategy in each APAC market.
Continuously evaluate business prospects within the region.
Back up the Regional Director APAC in tasks related to Budget, Forecast, Boutiques P&L, Sell-in targets, and Sell-out objectives.
Participate in business growth endeavours and discussions with current partners and potential clients.
Establish business aims and tactics for significant accounts, recognize necessary tools and resources to ensure steady growth in harmony with the overarching business strategic outline.
Amplify and refine KPIs for regional WHS and Travel Retail Partners by offering strategic and operational assistance.
Scrutinize seasonal patterns and industry standards, pinpoint competitors' volume catalysts, monitor pricing strategies, and provide perspectives to the merchandising division.
Spearhead sales promotions for all business associates, negotiate OTB, and steer commercial outcomes.
Perform weekly Sell-in and Sell-out evaluations, supervise SOH and replenishment prospects to optimize partner performance and stock efficiency.
Cooperate with other divisions (such as merchandising, retail, marketing, retail construction, logistics, customer service, finance) to boost company efficiency and performance.
About the Candidate:
Bachelor's degree.
At least 5 years of experience in Sales in Luxury sector (Watches & Jewelry is an advantage).
Experience in Travel retail and Wholesale will be an advantage.
Adaptable, flexible, resilient, optimistic, and dynamic attitude with a strong results-oriented approach.
Business Travel throughout the APAC Region is required.
High level of independence and operational proficiency.
Skilled in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
