Job description
We are now seeking for Assistant Manager- Club Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading the team of professionals for full spectrum of operations for the private club
- Ensure smooth operations of day-to-day operations
- Work closely with technical and property management team for asset enhancement
- Develop and maintain the standards and comprehensive training plan to promote the quality excellence initiatives
- Foster sustainable relationships with members to enrich the customer journey
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Hospitality, Property Management, Business or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of solid management experiences with proven track record
- Candidate with luxury hotel or private club experiences is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to resolve the site issues and manage a sizable team
- Result-driven, self-initiative, excellent in communications abilities
