Job description
About the Candidate:
- Oversee and represent the assigned portfolio to meet sales and profitability goals.
- Lead the OTB process in collaboration with the Merchandise Planning team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure exclusive collections, brand partnerships, and optimal margins.
- Track product performance and make necessary adjustments during and after the buying season.
- Identify and source globally exclusive, innovative, and emerging brands to uphold our status as a leading luxury fashion retailer.
- Collaborate with suppliers on competitive pricing and cost structures to profit.
- Partner with internal teams on marketing, PR campaigns, and in-store events to support promotional efforts.
About the Candidate:
- Maintain a curious mindset to discover and introduce niche, trendsetting, and commercially viable brands.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field.
- Shoes buying experience is essential.
- Proven experience in managing suppliers, data analysis, and/or contract negotiations.
- Strong numerical aptitude with advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and a proactive approach to learning.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
- Immediate available is an advantage.
