About the Role:
- Oversee the operations of the shop to maximize team performance and implement people management initiatives.
- Ensure the customer experience aligns with the company's standards.
- Implement strategies to achieve business goals.
- Identify and refine processes to improve the team's selling techniques and sales expertise.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and efficiency, optimize shelf-life, and manage inventory-related tasks.
- Develop and execute initiatives to elevate the customer experience.
- Address and resolve customer service issues and complaints while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a role model in delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
About the Candidate:
- Minimum of 4 years of retail sales experience
- Luxury experience will be an advantage
- Proficiency in English and the local language; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership abilities.
