Job description

About the Role:

  • Oversee the operations of the shop to maximize team performance and implement people management initiatives.
  • Ensure the customer experience aligns with the company's standards.
  • Implement strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Identify and refine processes to improve the team's selling techniques and sales expertise.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and efficiency, optimize shelf-life, and manage inventory-related tasks.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to elevate the customer experience.
  • Address and resolve customer service issues and complaints while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a role model in delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

About the Candidate:

  • Minimum of 4 years of retail sales experience
  • Luxury experience will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in English and the local language; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
