Job description

About the Role:

  • Collaborate closely with regional teams to create and oversee product financial strategies for assigned sectors, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the monthly dynamic forecasts, produce seasonal and extended procurement budgets, and ensure they meet the area's sales goals across various platforms and regions.
  • Evaluate stock conditions and pinpoint areas for improvement to boost inventory performance.
  • Partner with product teams to craft category strategies that align with product goals.
  • Assess procurement projections and track essential product metrics, such as effectiveness and utilization rates, to find areas for enhancement.
  • Deliver consistent, data-focused reports and insights to the product team by examining sales, procurement, and turnover data.
  • Work with system coordinators to ensure the most recent data analytics are integrated into Vibe and improve reporting tools using systems like Spotfire and PowerBI.



About the Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Merchandising, or a related field.
  • years of experience in merchandising planning, inventory management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and regions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of retail or wholesale merchandising processes and KPIs is preferred.
