Job description
This is a unique and exceptional opportunity for private practice IPO/ECM lawyers to transition into an in-house role, leaving behind billing pressures and long working hours. This position not only offers stability but also provides significant career advancement opportunities as you move towards more senior roles.
You will join a supportive legal team and assist with corporate finance matters in Hong Kong. You will work closely with various internal and external business stakeholders, acting as their trusted legal advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain legal resources and know-how for the corporate finance team.
Ensure agreements are drafted to manage legal risk and comply with applicable policies.
Assist in developing and implementing corporate and compliance policies and processes for Hong Kong.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
5-10 years of PQE in IPO and capital markets.
Excellent knowledge of IPO transactional processes.
Strong drafting skills with the ability to review, negotiate, and draft commercial agreements and terms of business.
Proficient in English.
