Senior Facilities Manager

Job description

An opportunity has arisen for an energetic professional to lead their technical management division.

We are now seeking for Senior Facilities Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the team of professionals to account for full spectrum of technical management duties to ensure smooth operations of the portfolio
• Analyse tender and procurement process
• Evaluate and manage contractors' and vendors' performance for repair and maintenance services
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for technical aspect and develop best practices
• Liaise with the senior management to identify and implement continuous FM improvement initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree holder in building services, mechanical, electrical engineering or equivalent
• At least 10 years of project management experiences with proven track record in diversified project portfolio, preferably in building services and district cooling system
• Membership of professional qualification is a plus to this role
• Excellent communications and organizational abilities
