Job description
Responsibilities
Handle monthly consolidated management accounts and financial reports
Review statutory financial statements of subsidiaries
Manage group level financial planning & analysis reports to management
Liaise and coordinate interim and annual audits with auditors and other departments for the listed Groups and subsidiaries and for all aspects of accounting, audit and compliance
Assist in managing ad-hoc assignments/ projects as required
Requirements
University graduate with HKICPA or equivalent professional qualifications
Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in financial reporting and management accounting gained from big 4 accounting firms and sizable listed companies
Broad HKFRS knowledge
Analytical mindset with strong attention to details
Independent, self-motivated, capable to handle tight timeline
Ability to handle multi-tasks and respond effectively to ad-hoc requests
High competence in written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
