A prestigious, large conglomerate is seeking a Hong Kong-qualified lawyer with 8-15 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). As a senior member of the high-performing legal team, you will report directly to the General Counsel.

Role Responsibilities:
Review and interpret contracts related to the operation and management of the company’s various development projects.
Provide legal advice to internal business stakeholders, ensuring contract administration aligns with company policies and legal requirements.
Advise on new legislative and regulatory requirements, recommending policy and process changes as needed.
Identify, monitor, and manage risks to the company, staying informed about emerging industry risks.
Requirements:
Hong Kong-qualified Solicitor.
At least 8 years of PQE in property law.
Ability to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders.
