Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Work closely with the engineering, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service agreements to clients.
- Mentor junior sales engineers and provide training on technical aspects of service offerings.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical, or building service
- Miimum 3-4 years of experience in service sales engineering preferably in power distribution and control industry is preferable
- Strong understanding of power distribution system or services is preferable
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric mindset.
