Job description
We are seeking for our client a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead the global sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and enhance market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the FMCG industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's objectives and market trends
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team across multiple regions. Foster a culture of collaboration and achievement
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for growth, competitive threats, and consumer trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to drive sales and enhance brand loyalty
- Set sales targets and KPIs, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to achieve business goals
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
- Provide regular updates to the executive team on sales performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fi
- Experience: 10+ years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership ro
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skil
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skil
- Proven ability to drive results and lead teams in a fast-paced environme
- Familiarity with digital sales tools and CRM systems.
