About the Role:

  • Own & align digital content with brand standards, prioritizing digital strategies and global benchmarks.
  • Optimize product presentation, including visuals, descriptions, and search functionality for engagement.
  • Analyze user data (Google Analytics, heatmaps) to improve navigation, content, and technical performance.
  • Collaborate globally on platform updates, SEO, IT solutions, and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure seamless promotions, aligning with sales teams on discounts, launches, and inventory planning.
  • Track competitors & trends, integrating insights into content, promotions, and technical improvements.
  • Lead campaign execution, from pop-up strategies to launch pages, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met.
  • Analyze sales performance, reporting on trends, top sellers, and channel achievements.
  • Manage & mentor digital teams, setting expectations, tracking progress, and fostering a results-driven culture.
  • Oversee reporting & reviews, providing insights for business assessments and international reports.
