About the Role:

  • Identify and target high-potential clients (brands, agencies, enterprises) in Hong Kong and China.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Leverage existing networks and build new relationships with decision-makers in marketing, e-commerce, and digital transformation teams.
  • Deeply understand the MarTech landscapein Hong Kong & China, including competitors, trends, and customer pain points.
  • Tailor solutions to meet local market needs while aligning with global product offerings.
  • Establish partnerships with agencies, resellers, and technology providers to expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive demand generation through events, webinars, and targeted campaigns.
  • Work closely with Customer Success teams to ensure high client satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
  • Gather client feedback to influence product roadmap and localization strategies.

About the Candidate:

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales/business development, preferably in MarTech, AdTech, or digital marketing solutions.
  • Proven track record of selling to enterprises in Hong Kong & China (experience with agencies, e-commerce brands, or Fortune 500 companies is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, CDP, marketing automation, or analytics platforms.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (written & spoken).
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts.
  • Self-motivated, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
