Job description

About the Role:

1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute an integrated omnichannel marketing strategy to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and sales across digital and physical retail.
  • Lead a high-performing marketing team (digital, brand, retail, CRM, performance marketing, and creative).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (merchandising, sales, eCommerce, IT) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to refine marketing approaches.

2. Digital & Ecommerce Marketing

  • Oversee eCommerce marketing, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, paid media (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok), email marketing, and affiliate programs.
  • Manage performance marketing (paid social, PPC, display ads) to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
  • Enhance customer experience (CX) across digital platforms, ensuring seamless UX, personalization, and conversion optimization.
  • Lead content & social media marketing, including influencer partnerships and community engagement.

3. Retail & Offline Marketing

  • Develop in-store marketing strategies, including promotions, visual merchandising, and experiential activations.
  • Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, events, and partnerships to drive foot traffic and brand loyalty.
  • Oversee traditional advertising (print, radio, OOH) where applicable.

4. Brand & Customer Engagement

  • Strengthen brand positioning and messaging across all channels.
  • Develop loyalty programs and CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Leverage data analytics to track KPIs (traffic, conversion, CAC, CLV) and optimize campaigns.

5. Budget & Performance Management

  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation across channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Report on marketing ROI to senior leadership.


About the Candidate:

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (retail/eCommerce preferred).
  • Proven success in omnichannel marketing, blending digital and offline strategies.
  • Expertise in eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.), Google Analytics, CRM, and ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
