About the Role:

1. Global Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Craft a visionary marketing strategy that elevates the alliance's influence across continents.
  • Unify messaging globally while tailoring approaches to resonate with regional markets.
  • Establish the alliance as the go-to thought leader, shaping the future of quality management through insights, innovation, and authority.

2. Digital & Content Marketing

  • Command the alliance's digital ecosystem-website, social media, SEO, and email campaigns-ensuring maximum engagement and reach.
  • Spearhead high-impact content-whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and blogs-that showcases the alliance's expertise and value.
  • Forge strategic media partnerships with top industry publications to amplify our voice and reach.

3. Member Engagement & Growth

  • Design compelling initiatives to attract elite firms and deepen engagement with existing members.
  • Collaborate with member companies to co-create powerful joint marketing campaigns.
  • Lead world-class global events-from high-profile conferences to intimate workshops-that drive collaboration and innovation.

4. Lead Generation & Business Development Support

  • Develop high-converting campaigns that generate premium leads for member firms through alliance channels.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize strategies, track ROI, and deliver measurable impact.
  • Equip business development teams with cutting-edge marketing collateral that wins opportunities.

5. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging opportunities to keep the alliance at the forefront.
  • Deliver actionable insights that shape alliance strategy and enhance member value propositions.

6. Stakeholder & Partner Management

  • Build strong relationships with alliance leadership, member firms, and external partners.
  • Manage key vendors, event organizers, and digital platforms to ensure seamless execution of global initiatives.
About the Candidate:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years in global B2B marketing, ideally in professional services, associations, or quality management.
  • Proven success in brand-building and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional storyteller and communicator, capable of engaging diverse, global audiences.
  • Data-driven strategist who balances creativity with ROI-focused execution.
  • Master collaborator, adept at aligning cross-cultural teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong plus.
