Hong Kong born with an international upbringing, Erica has 17 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on the legal sector. She has successfully placed lawyers and legal professionals across all levels in both in-house and private practice settings. Placements she has made includes regional and local General Counsels/Heads of Legal, Legal Counsels of various PQE levels, law firm Associates and paralegals etc. Leveraging her strong knowledge and well-established network within the legal market, Erica delivers timely recruitment solutions that ensure an excellent match between clients and candidates. Erica holds a degree in Psychology from York University, Canada, and is a licensed therapist certified by the ABH.
