Tiffany Wong

Joining Charterhouse Asia with the remit to grow and scale Charterhouse Asia’s market reach in Hong Kong and to develop her team to their full potential, Tiffany has over 20 years of recruitment experience; over 17 years of which has been focused in Hong Kong and Southern China. Originally from Singapore and educated in Singapore and Australia, Tiffany has a degree in Accounting & Finance and has worked in Singapore, Australia, China and Hong Kong and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Prior to her current appointment, Tiffany has worked in several global recruitment firms. In her last firm, she worked her way up from Consultant to her final role as Director. During her tenure, she successfully built new businesses, turned around loss-making P/Ls, and spun off new P/Ls for the company. Tiffany was also responsible for launching a new brand and creating leadership opportunities to enhance her team members' development.

Tiffany is a firm believer in having fun at work to foster an inclusive team culture. This allows team members to support each other whilst meeting business objectives. Her strength lies in hiring good people, developing them, and also growing and scaling businesses.

Tiffany is a mother of 2 and believes in creating a diverse and welcoming environment that allows everyone the opportunity to thrive. During her free time, you will find her baking and cooking up a storm and hosting family dinners over the weekend.
