Job description

Responsibilities:
Monitor and process trade confirmations, allocations, and settlements in a timely manner
Liaise with counterparties, custodians, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient trade processing
Reconcile trade activity and position data across internal and external systems
Identify and resolve trade breaks, discrepancies, and other operational issues
Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting on all trade-related activities
Support the implementation of new trading strategies and investment products
Collaborate with the broader operations, compliance, and risk management teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in a trade operations or securities back-office role, preferably within the financial services industry
Demonstrated proficiency in trade settlement processes, reconciliation, and exception handling
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to process improvement
Proficient in the use of trade order management systems, portfolio accounting software, and Microsoft Office suite
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
Passion for the financial industry and a desire to contribute to the firm's continued success
