Job description

Roles & Responsibilities (Investment Solutions Sales, AVP)

  • Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers and Wealth Management teams to solicit and deliver investment products to high-net-worth clients and professional corporate investors.
  • Participate in joint calls with business partners to meet valuable clients, identify their needs, and provide suitable investment ideas and services to achieve business targets.
  • Perform regular market and credit updates, generate investment and trading ideas, and conduct product training sessions.
  • Assist in product development, including sales product specifications, test planning, implementation, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Handle trade initiation and execution, along with necessary follow-ups with business partners.
  • Ensure full compliance with the bank's policies and procedures.

  • Take a leading role in the GM investment sales team to deliver investment products to stakeholders and valuable clients.
  • Collaborate closely with business units to solicit and provide investment products in order to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular market and credit updates, generate investment trading ideas, and facilitate product training sessions.
  • Manage trade initiation, execution, and necessary follow-ups.
  • Oversee new product development and maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure full adherence to the bank's policies and procedures.
  • Provide additional coverage for the Macao region as well.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Possession of TMA full membership is a plus.
  • Successfully passed HKSI examinations and qualified under the SFO for regulated activities Types 1, 7, and 8.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with in-depth knowledge of investment products (e.g., bonds, FX, equity-linked derivatives).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; independent, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English, with proficiency in Mandarin.
