Trade Sales (VP) - Transaction Banking, Renowned Foreign Bank

Job description

Our client is a renowned foreign corporate bank, they are currently looking for a Trade Sales (AVP - VP) under Transaction Banking.

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales strategy for Trade Finance & Cash Management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key Commercial & Corporate clients, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.
• Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and innovations in product offerings.
• Meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Train and support frontline relationship managers, providing them with the knowledge and tools to effectively promote transaction banking products.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Trade Sales; experience in cash management is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
