Head of Cash Product, Transaction Banking - Foreign Bank

Our client is a renowned foreign corporate bank. They are looking for someone to join as a Head of Cash Product Management, Transaction Banking.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive and develop long-term strategies for cash product management.
• Lead and manage the cash product team, collaborating with internal stakeholders in East Asia and headquarters to enhance transaction banking Cash Products (including payment, collection, liquidity management, channels, and bank alliances) to meet client needs.
• Oversee client support administration for the implementation of cash management products.
• Foster strong relationships with relevant departments to gain support for the team's initiatives.
• Lead and mentor team members to cultivate skilled human resources in cash management product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in cash product management, with a focus on implementing cash products for large corporations.
• Demonstrated expertise in transaction banking, including liquidity management, account services, payments, collections, e-channels, and bank partnerships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese.
• Proficient in PC skills and familiar with MS Office applications.
