SVP - Cash Sales Team Lead, Transaction Banking (Foreign Bank)

Job description

Our client is a foreign corporate bank seeking a SVP - Cash Sales Team Lead under their Transaction Banking.

The candidate should have knowledge of cash and liquidity management solutions, along with Team Leading experience and a proven track record within Corporate Banking.

Responsibilities

• Implement and regularly review a marketing plan aligned with the department's strategy for both Japanese and non-Japanese corporate clients.
• Aiming to achieve Transaction Banking profit targets and related KPIs.
• Cultivate, enhance, and sustain business relationships with corporate clients in Hong Kong and other regions, focusing on regional and cross-border deals in collaboration with other GTBD and GTPD teams.
• Spearhead all Transaction Banking promotions for both Japanese and non-Japanese customers.
• Lead and manage sales teams by setting high standards for performance and sharing expertise in Transaction Banking, including regional and cross-border transactions.

Requirements:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of Cash and Liquidity management solutions, with a proven track record at reputable FI, preferably within corporate banking.
• Strong client-facing and sales abilities.
• A dynamic leader who can inspire and motivate the team, demonstrating a strong drive for excellence.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin); Japanese proficiency is a plus.
