Our client is a renowned Chinese securities firm. They are looking for someone to join as an RM in Private Wealth Management and an Investment Counsel.

RM, Private Wealth - Job Description

• Acquiring High Net Worth Clients and managing existing relationships.
• Offering tailored investment advice based on clients' needs and risk profiles, in alignment with the firm's views on various products and asset classes.
• Driving AUM growth and revenue generation
• Customizing portfolio proposals by allocating client funds across products such as funds, equities, and other asset classes.
• Actively reviewing and monitoring clients' assets under management (AUM) through timely buy/sell/hold recommendations based on clients' preferred allocations.

Investment Counsel, Private Wealth - Job Description

• Support Relationship Managers in positioning and delivering investment solutions to clients and prospects within Private Wealth Management.
• Generate comprehensive portfolio investment ideas, articulate investment concepts, create investment proposals, and conduct portfolio reviews.
• Understand, adhere to, and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures applicable to the business, particularly regarding Internal Controls and Compliance policies.

Requirements:

• 7 to 10 years of experience preferred.
• Previous experience in client relationship management.
• Strong product knowledge (e.g., funds, equities, margin financing, insurance, structured products).
• Proven track record in investment or investment advisory, with experience in portfolio management, brokerage, or institutional sales.
• Good working knowledge of multi-asset product classes.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field.
• Strong communication skills, with a preference for proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin.
