RM Support - AVP, HK Local Corp / Blue-chips - Corporate Bank

Job description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and cultivate business relationships with Hong Kong local Corporates by promoting the Bank's corporate finance, transactional banking, investment, and treasury products, both new and existing.
• Responsible for structuring credit proposals, preparing deal memos and credit applications, coordinating internal approvals, executing new transactions, and managing account opening documentation and other daily tasks for both new and existing accounts.
• Monitor existing credit commitments and address any credit-related issues.
• Handle customer inquiries and process instructions for loans, deposits, FX, or derivative transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments (such as product partners, middle office, and back office) to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Support senior Relationship Managers and Team Heads in business promotion and relationship management activities.
• Assist the Section Head and Management in implementing specific marketing or general management policies, as well as preparing management information, business plans, and presentation of results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client relationship management and/or credit analysis, with a strong understanding of transaction banking products (trade finance, cash management, and FX) preferred.
• A cooperative team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Japanese (both spoken and written) is preferred.
