Job description

Our client, a leading financial institution is looking for a Head of Call Center (Complaint Handling).

Responsibilities:

Resolve and reply client's complaints received at the Contact Center while ensuring compliance with the bank

Perform investigations with product/process owners and ensure complaints are handled efficiently while safeguarding the firm's reputation

Take ownership of customer issues and escalate to further Management as appropriate

Recruit, mentor and train junior staff as required

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline

Over 8 years experience in a role providing complaint handling, customer experience, operations or related

Familiar with banking products and previous banking experiences are required

Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
