Office Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Hand-deliver and pick up documents and various items as needed
- Oversee and replenish office supplies
- Support firm events, including meeting room setup
- Digitize documents through scanning
- Manage the maintenance of office equipment
- File legal documents at the court (training provided)
- Deliver legal documents as needed (training provided)
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in a law firm environment
- Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese and English
- Basic competency in Outlook
- Strong learning aptitude, attention to detail, teamwork, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to meet deadlines
