About the Role:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the APAC market to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to localize global marketing campaigns for the APAC market, ensuring cultural relevance and sensitivity.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape in APAC countries to inform marketing strategies.

  • Manage the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, influencer partnerships, and traditional media.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers, media partners, and retailers, to enhance brand visibility and reach.

  • Oversee the development of marketing materials, product launches, and promotional events specific to the APAC market.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in the APAC cosmetics market to inform marketing decisions.

  • Manage the marketing budget for the Asia region, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve strategic objectives and foster a culture of creativity and innovation.

About the Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience in marketing within the cosmetics industry, with a focus on the APAC market.

  • Strong understanding of APAC consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and marketing tools to track campaign performance and ROI.

  • Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more APAC languages is preferred.

  • Ability to travel within the Asia region as needed.
