Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, consolidation, management reporting, treasury, fund management, and taxation functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage financial consolidation for multiple entities.
• Develop and present management reports for strategic decision-making.
• Oversee cash management, liquidity, and funding strategies.
• Monitor fund performance and ensure compliance with investment policies.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Lead and mentor finance team members.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Evaluate and implement effective cash flow forecasting models to optimize liquidity management.
• Analyze investment opportunities and risks to support strategic fund allocation decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting standards and SFC regulations.
• Proven experience in financial consolidation and management reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
