Senior Product Manager - Global Pharmaceutical/ Medical device

Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager/ Senior Product Manager to join their dynamic team in the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape, and the ability to drive product strategy and execution.



Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with company goals and market needs.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Work closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams, to gather insights and feedback.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception through launch and post-launch evaluation.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Provide training and support to sales teams and other stakeholders to facilitate successful product positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance processes in the pharma industry
