Job description

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
  • Analyze sales trends, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing corrective actions for underperforming areas.
  • Collaborate with the buying team to ensure regional product assortments meet local market demands.
  • Provide inspirational leadership to a team of Store Managers across the region, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and high performance.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess operational standards, provide coaching, and recognize achievements.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of retail staff to ensure deep product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ensure the delivery of a consistently exceptional customer experience across all retail channels in the region.
  • Implement and monitor customer service standards, resolving any escalated customer complaints promptly.
  • Ensure all retail operations within the region are compliant with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Manage regional inventory levels, minimizing stock discrepancies and optimizing stockroom operations.
  • Oversee visual merchandising, store maintenance, and ensure brand image consistency across all locations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with various headquarters functions (e.g., Marketing, Merchandising, HR) to align regional initiatives with global strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with peers and the leadership team on regional performance, challenges, and future plans.
  • Manage regional retail budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial objectives.
  • Approve regional expenditures within defined limits of authority.
  • Stay abreast of regional market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior, using insights to inform strategic decisions.



About the Candidate:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail industry, with a proven track record of sales growth and team leadership.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Fashion, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region (up to 50% of the time).
  • Fluency in English (additional languages may be required based on the region).
