Job description
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the overall marketing and business objectives.
Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and identify target audience segments. Define brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation to create a strong brand identity.
Develop and implement integrated marketing communication plans to effectively convey the brand message across various channels.
Collaborate with creative teams, advertising agencies, and media partners to develop compelling campaigns and assets.
Support new product launch with go to market strategy
Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including market share, brand awareness, and brand equity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure brand consistency and alignment of strategies.
Work closely with sales teams to develop trade marketing initiatives and support sales growth. Provide brand training and guidelines to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar brand management role.
Strong understanding of brand management principles, strategies, and best practices.
Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in market research and data analysis.
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
