Job description

​About the Role:

  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and ongoing performance management

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive new business growth and maximize customer retention

  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful campaigns and content to support the sales team

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the MarTech landscape, competitors, and industry best practices

  • Forecast and report on sales pipeline, revenue, and other key performance indicators

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in product, customer success, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and objectives

About the Candidate:

  • 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the SaaS or MarTech industry

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a high-performing sales team

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making

  • Proficient in using sales software and CRM platforms.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to meet with clients and attend industry events
