Responsible for business development - sourcing, acquisition of new sites
Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies and financial assessment
Conduct market research, analysis and supervise the preparation of the reports
Oversee the activities including new lettings, renewal, budget preparation, tenancy liaison and administration for relaunching brand
Maintain and establish good relationship with the internal and external parties
Work closely with internal parties to formulate and implement development and expansion strategies
The Successful Applicant
Degree holder or above in Business Management, Real Estate or any related discipline required
Good knowledge of the property and F&B market
A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in leasing with at least 5 years at supervisory level preferably in chain-stores
Excellent negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
Self-motivated, well-organized, independent and with strong sense of responsibility
Strong command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
