Job description

About the Role:

  • Identify new business prospects aligned with company direction and strategy, encompassing but not limited to freight, transportation, and warehousing for integrated logistics enterprises; devise business expansion strategies and execute methodical prospecting.
  • Promote integrated solutions to clients to enhance network synergies.
  • Generate lucrative sales in new clientele that surpass and excel business revenue targets.
  • Create and present professional pitches, proposals, marketing collateral, and track sales leads and responses.
  • Coordinate marketing and pricing strategies concerning bid opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regional branches and international representatives in sales outreach.



About the Candidate:

  • Possess a Higher Diploma or Degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience in the transport/freight forwarding/logistics/supply chain solutions sector.
  • Capable of spotting business opportunities and possessing sound market knowledge in Hong Kong and China.
  • Strong industry connections within the logistics field are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and self-driven attitude.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written Chinese and English, including Mandarin.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and a team player.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and networking prowess.
  • Proven track record in new business development.
